Gary had been in charge of many aspects of managing various projects. He collaborated closely with the Project manager at both public and private hospitals to create project schedules, ensure team members had the tools they needed to execute tasks, and coordinate communicate with stakeholders about project developments. As a complicated multimodality project that Gary was given, it was critical to be cognizant of the specifics and to listen to input from users and stakeholders on a constant basis. Gary’s efforts to organize early input ensure that the complex project is always delivered ahead of schedule and with substantial quality and workmanship.

Gary has continually committed to attending all stakeholder project progress meetings with users and stakeholders in order to obtain first hand knowledge to guarantee effective communication and efficient execution Gary is also acknowledged by his customer as a trustworthy civil works expert with unrivalled craftsmanship. Aside from being a civil consultant, Gary is aways expanding his construction expertise by taking CIDB classed, for example. Working as a Senior Construction Manager in construction industry will help Gary to broaden his skills and contribute to his ultimate objective of providing the hospital with superior finishing quality.

After completing tertiary education, Wong's first job was with a healthcare service company that provided biomedical services to both private and governmental hospitals. He spent three years at this firm before joining GE Healthcare as Malaysia Project Manager.

Since 2011, Wong has overseen the complete project execution portfolio for both private and public hospitals in Malaysia. Pre-sales, wing-to-wing project execution, and final project handover to clients are among his tasks.

Wong was the only Project Manager at GE Healthcare who managed more than 60% of all imaging projects in Malaysia from 2011 to 2022. He has extensive expertise handling imaging projects ranging from mobile x-rays to MRIs and CT scanners, as well as multi-modality transactions. During his employment with the company, he has effectively developed a good corporate reputation.

Wong made a significant contribution. He was named Regional Project Management Manager for ASEAN in 2017. He has earned PMI's most prominent project management certifications, the PMP (Credential ID: 3013594) and the PMI-ACP (Credential ID: 3158981), by Project Management Institute, US. With all of these credentials, he is one step ahead of the industry norm, providing customers with a seamless project execution experience.
